We are happy you are interested in being a vendor at the International Swing Dance Championships!
The dates of the event are December 28th, 2023 -January 1st, 2024. We are pleased to be at the Marriott Westchase Hotel again in Houston, Texas.
We have a special room rate of $112/night and free parking for our attendees.
We expect 550+ plus people throughout the weekend with dancers coming in from all over. To help promote our vendors, the MC’s will make announcements during the event, and promotion will be on our website.

2023 VENDOR APPLICATION
The vendor space location will be assigned according to the size and products. The International Swing Dance Championships will do its best to allocate your booth in the best possible location for maximum sales potential while in compliance with the Hotel/Convention’s rules and fire safety regulations for the use of the ballroom lobby space.
