We are happy you are interested in being a vendor at the International Swing Dance Championships!
The dates of the event are May 2nd - 25th 2026.
We expect 550+ plus people throughout the weekend with dancers coming in from all over. To help promote our vendors, the MC’s will make announcements during the event, and promotion will be on our website.

2026 VENDOR APPLICATION
The vendor space location will be assigned according to the size and products. The International Swing Dance Championships will do its best to allocate your booth in the best possible location for maximum sales potential while in compliance with the Hotel/Convention’s rules and fire safety regulations for the use of the ballroom lobby space.

This pricing is for vendors selling product or on-site services. A flyer table is provided for free.

2. Announcements by the MC throughout the weekend
3. Your business added to the ISDC website on the vendor page until May 31st, 2027

1. Electrical outlets or extra wattage for lights, refrigerators
