Please note: It is more cost effective to purchase a weekend pass than to buy passes for every day of the event. Competition viewing/Spectating is included in all the passes for that time frame.

Refund/Cancellation Policy for Passes:
REFUND/TRANSFER of IN-PERSON PASSES
There are no refunds.
Weekend passes ARE transferable to another individual for the 2023/24 event, provided the transfer happens prior to registration closing the Monday before the event begins.
REFUND/TRANSFER of COMPETITION ENTRY FEES
Refunds of competition fees can be requested through October 1, 2023. Starting October 1, 2023 competition fees will not be refunded for any reason.
Competition fees ARE transferable to another individual for the 2023 event, provided the transfer happens prior to registration closing the Monday before the event begins.
REFUND of OTHER PURCHASES
There are no refunds or transfers of extra activity tickets or other purchases.
