We have special ISDC rates for each night of ISDC. Book 4 nights and your average per night is $170 per night! (Run of the House rooms)

Thursday May 21st - $30 per night
Friday May 22nd - $150 per night
Saturday May 23rd - $250 per night
Sunday May 24th - $250 per night
GUEST CALL IN RESERVATIONS AND WEB/ONLINE RESERVATIONS
Group Reservations Department at 1-800-998-6937 between the hours of 7AM to 10 PM PST and reference the Group: The Houston Swing Dance Society and/or Group Code: CHSDS26 and provide an approved credit card with the appropriate information, at the time of reservation. Upon check-in guests will be required to leave a valid credit card deposit in the amount of $75.00 per day at the time of check-in.
NOTE: The hotel charges a mandatory $49.95 Resort Fee per night.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of the first night's room rate and tax is charged at the time of booking. A deposit of the entire stay plus tax is required for non-refundable reservations. Cancellation of standard reservations must occur at least 72 hours prior to 12:00am of arrival date to receive deposit refund. Deposits will not be refunded for all "non-refundable" reservations. Deposit and cancellation policy for packages and promotional rates may vary. Resort Fee plus tax will be collected at the time of check-in. A $75 deposit hold for incidentals is required per day ($300 max) at time of check-in. Deposits will be refunded within 24 hours after the check-out date. Refund processing time is contingent on the guests banking institution and may take up to 10 days. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and could change in the time between booking and hotel stay. At the time of check-in, the tax rate then in effect will be collected for any hotel stay nights.
INCIDENTALS POLICY
A valid credit card must be presented upon check-in and authorized to cover additional room nights, resort fee, tax, and incidentals.
ROOM REQUESTS
Bed type, smoking preference and other requests are noted but are not guaranteed and will be honored on a space-available basis.

Groups of 10 rooms or more must call Group Sales at 1.888.967.2537 to book.
CHECK-IN POLICY
Guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Valid Identification is required at check-in.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in time is 3:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am.

ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGES
Additional nightly fee of $25 per person per night plus tax applies for 3rd and 4th person 12 years of age or older. Maximum occupancy is four persons per room.
SMOKING POLICY
Although Nevada law allows recreational marijuana usage in certain limited locations, The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower does not allow recreational marijuana usage in its hotel rooms, casino or public spaces. Additionally, any type of smoking in a non-smoking standard room will be subject to a cleaning fee of $500.00 (plus tax) and $750.00 (plus tax) for suites. In order to provide a safe and enjoyable guest experience, The STRAT reserves the right to enter guest rooms for maintenance, safety, security, and other purposes.
Parking
Convenient and Safe Paid Parking
Upon entering the self-parking garage, guests will be asked to scan a QR code with their Smartphone and provide payment information via a debit or credit card. Prior to exiting the garage, guests may authorize payment through their Smartphone.
Registered Hotel Guests are provided with in-out privileges for the duration of their stay.
$20 Flat Rate per 24 hours for hotel guests and nonlocal plates
Locals with a valid Nevada license plate are provided with complimentary self-parking in the garage daily.
Solid, Legit, and Epic True Rewards™ members are eligible for complimentary parking and may visit The STRAT True Rewards desk or contact their Casino Host for more information.
Oversized paid parking is available in the East lot across from The STRAT.
